These terms are between you and Scale Equity Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Scale Detailing ("we," "us" or "our"). By using this website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse the site, read the growth guide and send us a form. Please send only true information about yourself and your business. Don't use the site to break the law, submit someone else's details, copy the site wholesale, or try to disrupt or break into it.
No promise of results
The articles, examples, calculator, portfolio and audit notes on this site are general information about marketing a detailing business. They aren't a promise of results. We don't guarantee any amount of revenue, leads, calls, bookings or search rankings. Those depend on your market, your pricing, your team and plenty of things outside anyone's control.
Our services run on a signed agreement
Any program or service you buy from us is governed by the written agreement you sign with us. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins. A free audit or a call doesn't commit you or us to anything.
Texts and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request through OmniScale, our CRM and messaging platform. How often we message depends on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts isn't a condition of buying anything from us, and we never sell or share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing. Intellectual property
The text, design, logos, photos and graphics on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You can read, print and share links to our pages for your own use. Copying, republishing or reselling them takes our written permission.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we don't run. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don't promise it will be error-free, current or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim. Claims about work we do for you are handled under your signed agreement, which can set a different limit.
Florida law
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or this site will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
