Scale Command is the CRM our partner shops sign in to. Your calendar, your customer list and every sale our reps book for you sit in one place, with what your ads brought back right beside them. It runs in any browser and installs to your phone like an app.
Why it exists
Most shops we sign keep their week in four places. Jobs live in a calendar app, customers in old text threads, sales in a notebook, and ad spend in a dashboard nobody opens on a Tuesday.
When a rep sells a job, you shouldn't have to write it down twice.
So we put it in one place. A job our reps sell lands on your calendar on the day it was booked for, and the customer goes into your list with it. The jobs you book yourself go on the same calendar. Home pulls its numbers from those same records, so what it shows matches what your reps booked.
What's inside
A week at a time, with each day's job count across the top and closed days dimmed. Jobs our reps sell show up on their day by themselves. You add your own with a customer, a start time and a note, then move or cancel them when plans change. Home shows today and the next two days.
One list you can search by name, phone or email. Open a customer to see their contact details, your notes, their vehicles and every job they've booked with you, along with whether they've said yes to texts. Customers from our reps' sales get added for you.
If our sales desk works your leads, every sale they book is here with the customer, the amount, the rep who sold it and the job day. Pick this week or any range back to twelve months and the totals follow.
What each $1 of ads booked back over the last 12 weeks, and the spend week by week for each platform. When we run your Google Ads, the spend comes in on its own every day.
This week's booked sales next to the eight weeks before it, your stage from Signed to Scaled, which reps are covering you today, and a 30, 60 and 90-day projection built from the weeks you've already booked.
Install it to your home screen and choose your alerts: new sales, new invoices, payments, stage changes and setup reminders. Invoices get paid from the Billing tab, and two-step sign-in is there if you want it.
Where customers come from
This part runs on our side. Each lead comes in tagged with where it came from. When a customer pays, we tie that payment back to the lead that started it, whoever booked the job, as long as it lands within 60 days.
That gives every source two numbers. One is what a customer cost you to get, counted against everything you spent and against ad spend alone. The other is what that source brought back. We rank them weakest first, so the spend that isn't paying off comes up first. A source without enough data yet is marked too early instead of getting a guess.
Getting in
A free call. We go through your leads, your ads and your calendar, and lay out a plan for your shop.
When you join, you get an email with a link to set your password. That's your Scale Command login.
Home walks you through a short setup list: the intake form, a card on file and your connections. Once every step is done, the list goes away.
Know tomorrow's first job before you lock up tonight.
Straight answers
Shops that work with us. You get your login by email when you join, and the Login to Scale Command button in this site's menu takes you straight to it.
Yes. It runs in your phone's browser, and you can install it to your home screen so it opens like an app, with alerts for new sales, invoices and payments.
No. Your customer list lives in your shop's account, and another shop's login can't open it.
They do different jobs. OmniScale answers missed calls and follows up by text. Each new lead it handles comes over to Scale Command with its source, which is how we know where a paying customer came from.
